The thing to say about this sprint race - not about your performance - would maybe be that it looks rather straightforward. Too many controls where a perfectly straight route is probably the best and not very much route choice. I guess I would have used more of the fenced areas and buildings combined with more controls in composing a course with more change of direction and more "zig-zag alternatives" for route choices.
The course setter designed the course to be something that very inexperienced orienteers could manage - even people who'd never done orienteering. I'm sure he'd have designed some more orienteering problems if he'd been aiming at a different audience.
