Always surprised
I'm always surprised when I find that people actually read what I write. I'm always disappointed when I realize I wrote without proofreading. I really should do that. I'll correct something I wrote that Helen Palmer quoted in Are Online Training Diaries a Good Idea?. It should read:
I'd never give someone advice to train less if I thought they were smart enough to figure out the right amount of training on their own. One of my basic theories is that most people need to experiment to learn what works best for their own situation.
