More nice Norwegian orienteering
Wow, this looks cool. Check out the first part and the second part of the M21 elite course with Tore Sandvik's routes.
Sandvik finished 6th, 4:18 behind Auden Weltzien (who was over 2 minutes ahead of the second place runner). On his home page, Sandvik described a good race but that he didn't run so fast. "My average heart rate was relatively low through the whole race, and I never felt like I was pushing."
