Why was today's run lousy?
The last two weekends I have trained almost exactly the same. On Saturday, I've gone to Weston Bend and run hill repeats. On Sunday, I've run at Wyandotte. Both weekends the weather has been similar -- hot and humid.
Last weekend I felt awful on Saturday and good on Sunday.
This weekend I felt good on Saturday and lousy today.
I wonder why. I wonder how I would figure out.
It might help if I kept a bit more training info. I don't track how much I sleep ar my resting heart rate. Attackpoint has fields for both.
Maybe I just won't worry about it. It isn't really unusual that my legs would feel worn out the day after hill repeats.
