Short headcam video from last weekend

Cristina ran last Saturday's race with a headcam. Here is a low resolution clip of part of her race (from 1 to 2):



I don't know much about video editing. I need to figure out how to get a reasonable sized file without losing so much quality.

    The camera is a Gopro Hero 960. The mount is the headband mount that comes with the camera.

    The event is the Kansas Champs 2010 at Clinton park, just outside of Lawrence, KS.

    Looks like the quality has been taken out by the compression to YouTube. The new imovie 11 has a great compression to YiouTube built in, and software "mpeg streamclip" is also good.

    Might also get better quality using the 60fps mode. Admittedly a lower size but you can then slow it down to half speed and get really good quality and see more of the map. But again that might not be the widest angle.
    be worth a try.
